Position Overview:

As a dishwasher, your responsibilities will include:

 

  • Thoroughly washing and sanitizing kitchen and restaurant dishes, glassware, utensils, and equipment using designated methods.

  • Proper use and maintenance of equipment.

  • Handling and storing cleaning solutions appropriately.

  • Maintaining a clean and orderly kitchen area throughout your shift.

    Requirements:

Ideal candidates should have six months to one year of kitchen experience in a high-volume setting. Knowledge of proper food safety handling and a positive attitude are essential. Team players willing to contribute to a well-functioning kitchen will thrive in this role.

Physical Requirements:

Dishwashers should be able to stand, walk, bend, stoop, climb, push, pull, twist, stretch, squat, reach, and lift up to 35 lbs. from the floor to waist level. Additionally, the ability to stand for prolonged periods is necessary.

Pay: $17.00 to $19.00 per hour DOE
