Aston Carter Order Entry Coordinator in Oak Park, Michigan

Job Title: Order Entry CoordinatorJob Description

Candidate is responsible for being the middle person between Customers, Suppliers, Engineers, and outside sales and assist with ordering necessary parts for customers pumps. Day to day responsibilities include monitoring email inbox, assisting customers with diagnosing issues, working with internal team for solution, ordering parts needed, quoting and sending PO's for orders and ensuring solution has resolved the issue. Primary communication is email but there is also a good amount of times where the candidate will need to pick up the phone and troubleshoot the issues as well.

Job Type

This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 6 Month(s).

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Oak Park, Michigan.

Work Environment

On site 5 days a week, working with team of 5 and interacting daily with external and internal customers. Dress code is business casual, M-F 8-5. Training is on the job training, everyone gets along, good culture.
