Job Overview The Senior Dispatch Specialist manages daily logistics for inbound/outbound materials across domestic and international facilities. This role ensures efficient transportation scheduling, aligns with warehouse teams, and resolves transport issues to maintain the smooth flow of materials through distribution centers. Full-time Onsite positionMonday-Friday 1:00pm-10:00pm Weekend on-call rotation (1x per month) Key Job Responsibilities Direct, schedule, and dispatch transportation for materials Manage carrier and supplier relationships, addressing transport issues Monitor and audit logistics documentation and processes Align with warehouse teams for quality and accurate customer fulfillment Qualifications/Requirements 3-5 years of logistics, distribution, or warehousing experience Bachelor\'s degree in a related field preferred Knowledge of SAP, WMS, TMS, and DOT regulations Strong interpersonal and analytical skills Certification in logistics or supply chain a plus Komatsu is an Equal Opportunity Workplace and an Affirmative Action Employer.
