We are looking for an experienced Lead Pack Room Associate to join our 1st Shift Team! Summary: Serves as a member of the front-line production team in our Surgical Pack Build Department Responsible for various tasks that support the production of the high capacity commercial laundry plant in order to meet customer needs. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Supports daily operations and works proficiently in all activities that relate to the proper packaging of linen. Acts as a lead resource for the Pack Room. Follows directions and safety precautions. Maintains the production standards as determined per hour. Notifies supervisor of production issues that arise in the department that may be impacting the ability to meet production standards. Performs other duties as assigned.
