Description:

Our client is looking for an eager IT Support professional to join their team. This team supports 1000+ end users and provides complete issue resolution. Day to day varies from phone/email, project-based work to walk-ups and C-level executive support

Responsibilities will include:

*Responding to calls, tickets and emails to troubleshoot reported issues in a helpdesk environment.

*Answering tickets via phone and email and own resolution of all of the issues.

*Troubleshooting, monitoring, and maintaining desktop applications.

*Support new and existing workstation (RTO projects, office moves)

*Network connectivity troubleshooting

*New printer set up

*O365: Exchange, Email Distribution lists etc

*Supporting current Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office Suites.

*Must be self-motivated and work well in a team environment.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

Looking for someone that can troubleshoot first call resolutions while being able to multi task walk-up hardware configurations. There is a big push for a positive change within the culture of this team so they are looking for a resource that is ambitious and willing to take on more responsibilities that will expand their technical abilities.
