Twilight Gardens is a long-term care facility located in *Norwalk, OH. *We specialize in providing personalized care and rehabilitation services to our residents. We offer in house dialysis, vent care and much more! We are currently looking for caring and compassionate staff to join our team.

Responsibilities:
Providing direct care to residents
Medication administration
Assessments
Wound care
Thorough documentation
Oversight of STNAs
Notifying physicians of changes in patients' statuses
Qualifications:
A current, unencumbered, active Ohio RN license
Current CPR certification
Ability to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screening
