Our client is on the forefront of healthcare change turning their innovative science into value for patients across the globe. We are currently looking for a Business Analyst to join their team remotely in Northbrook. The Business Analyst, will be responsible for providing dedicated support to the Supply Chain Operations team. This role encompasses a variety of tasks including order processing, inventory reconciliations, handling customer inquiries, conducting data analysis, and contributing to process improvement initiatives. If you have at least 4 years of Supply chain experience then this is the role for you.

salary: $33 - $35.72 per hour

shift: First

work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM

education: Bachelors

Responsibilities

As a Business Analyst, Job duties include:

• Process customers' orders accurately and efficiently to ensure timely delivery of products.

• Assist with inventory reconciliations to maintain accurate inventory records and optimize stock levels.

• Investigate and respond to customers' inquiries related to returns, ensuring prompt resolution and customer satisfaction.

• Collaborate with customers to address and resolve any issues related to returns deductions, maintaining solid relationships and driving continuous improvement.

• Support various reporting and analysis activities, including audit and J-Sox requests, to provide insights and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

• Contribute to projects and initiatives aimed at improving current processes and enhancing operational efficiency.

Skills:

• 4 +years of experience in Customer Operations, Finance, or Supply Chain roles within the pharmaceutical industry.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel, with advanced skills in data manipulation and analysis (e.g., Pivots, VLOOKUPs).

• Experience with SAP or another ERP software.

• Ability to handle and interpret large amounts of data in Excel to derive meaningful insights.

• Excellent analytical skills with a high attention to detail.
