Additionally, you will have access to a career development advisor who will offer support and guidance in managing your career.

As a fellow, you will be part of a Cohort consisting of other transitioning service members. This will enable you to engage in weekly touchpoints, attend educational sessions, and receive direction from our Veteran Talent Program Lead throughout the Fellowship. Our primary objective is to provide you with mentoring, networking opportunities, and exposure to help facilitate a successful transition into a full-time position within our company.

Overview:

The Regulatory Planning and Publishing (RPP) Organization within Global Regulatory and Clinical Safety- Operations Process and Systems (GRACS-OPS) is responsible for the execution of regulatory strategy to get and keep products on the market through the authorization, planning, and management of timely, compliant, and high quality regulatory and safety submissions.

Working closely with the Digital Innovation & Systems team, the successful candidate will contribute to delivering innovative solutions to RPP and other stakeholders within GRACS OPS.

This position will play a crucial role in collaborating with multiple stakeholders to drive the growth and integration of Hyperautomation within RPP and other stakeholder areas within GRACS -OPS. The ideal candidate for this position must possess strong project management skills and can identify and develop solutions using Artificial Intelligence, RPA, and Power Platform. Furthermore, the incumbent may also be responsible for gathering and documenting business requirements, analyzing data and processes, as well as conducting demonstrations.

Primary Work Site/Schedule

· On-site work locations: Rahway, NJ, OR Upper Gwynedd, PA; Hybrid schedule

· Monday-Thursday (Core hours: 9:00 am – 4:40 pm, flexible start and stop)

Fellowship Company Transition Opportunities: This Fellowship will be geared towards a Sr Specialist position and does not align to a full time transition opportunity
