Organization & Role

Teradyne is seeking a highly motivated and skilled DevSecOps Engineer to join our Integrated Systems Test (IST) team. This position is crucial for integrating and automating DevOps and security practices across our development lifecycle, ensuring software reliability and integrity. The successful candidate will have a keen interest in infrastructure support, tool development, and enhancing our DevOps capabilities to meet evolving project demands.

Responsibilities

• Implement, sustain, and enhance the DevOps infrastructure, focusing on automation, security, and continuous integration/delivery.

• Lead initiatives to integrate security practices throughout the software development lifecycle, ensuring secure code development and deployment.

• Design, develop, and maintain tools and scripts to support new and existing build architectures, with a strong emphasis on security enhancements.

• Contribute to the development of project milestones and deliverables, working closely with cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives.

• Participate in daily scrum meetings, providing updates on task progress and collaborating effectively.

• Ensure comprehensive and up-to-date documentation, including infrastructure diagrams, configuration details, and runbooks.

Basic Qualifications & Skills

• Minimum of 3 years' experience in DevSecOps, with a strong background in software development and security practices.

• Proficiency in programming and scripting languages such as C++, C#, Python, Bash, and PowerShell.

• Experience with virtualization technologies (Docker, VMs) and familiarity with .NET Framework, NuGet, Windows OS, and Linux OS.

• Knowledgeable in DevOps and CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab, Artifactory, Ansible, Grafana) and agile methodology.

• Excellent analytical skills and the ability to produce detailed technical documentation.

• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a dynamic, cross-functional team environment.

Education

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. What Teradyne Offers:
