As an Ecommerce Fulfillment Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our ecommerce fulfillment processes. You will be responsible for managing orders, overseeing inventory levels, coordinating shipments, and maintaining accurate records to ensure customer satisfaction and operational excellence.

Job Requirements

  • Proven experience in ecommerce fulfillment (At least 2+ years), order processing, or a similar role.

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy, with the ability to maintain high standards in a fast-paced environment.

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

  • Proficiency in using ecommerce platforms and order management systems (Shopify experience is a plus).

  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact professionally with customers and team members.

  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities.

  • Knowledge of shipping procedures, carrier services, and logistics operations is desirable.

  • Flexibility to work occasional evenings, weekends, or overtime during peak periods as required.

Job Duties Include:

  • Efficiently process incoming orders through our ecommerce platform (Shopify), ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

  • Monitor inventory levels, conduct regular stock checks, and coordinate with the inventory team to ensure adequate stock levels for fulfillment.

  • Coordinate the picking and packing of orders, ensuring that items are correctly selected, packaged, and labeled according to company standards.

  • Liaise with shipping carriers to schedule pickups, track shipments, and resolve any issues or delays that may arise during transit.

  • Handle returns and exchanges efficiently, processing refunds or replacements as required and updating inventory accordingly.

  • Communicate proactively with customers regarding order status, shipping updates, and any issues or inquiries that may arise.

  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains within the fulfillment operations and collaborate with the team to implement solutions.

  • Adhere to health and safety protocols and ensure compliance with relevant regulations in the fulfillment center.
