Description:
This position will manage the Human Resource Information System (HRIS) recruitment module to ensure a smooth streamlined recruitment, onboarding, and training process for hiring managers. The HR Associate – Recruiter will assist with ensuring that the company attracts, hires and retains the best employees while growing a strong talent pipeline.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Human Resources, Systems Management or like field. Experience can substitute for educational requirements. • Minimum of two (2) years working in human resources and/or staffing agencies. • Experience working with a Human Resource Information System; UltiPro highly desired. • Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification preferred
