Responsibilities

• Overseeing daily production operations to ensure efficiency, quality, and safety standards are met.

• Supervising and coordinating the work of production team members, including scheduling shifts and assigning tasks.

• Monitoring production processes, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing corrective actions to enhance productivity.

• Training and mentoring staff to ensure they adhere to company policies, procedures, and quality standards.

• Collaborating with other departments, such as quality control and maintenance, to resolve production issues and optimize workflow.

• Maintaining accurate production records, reports, and documentation.

• Promoting a positive work environment and fostering teamwork among production staff.

• Conducting performance evaluations and providing feedback to team members to support their professional development and growth.

• Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations in the production area.

• Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives and implementing best practices to drive operational excellence.
