CACI seeks a Senior Logistics Analyst to support Manpower Readiness efforts under our NFL II contract at COMNAVAIRLANT Norfolk VA.

What You’ll Get to Do:

  • Advisor to CNAL N423 leadership on Manpower Readiness issues throughout Commander Naval Air Forces.

  • Responsible for manpower planning, providing personnel advice to senior leadership and interacting with external organizations and agencies addressing manpower management issues to include, SEAOPDET, CVNs and Aviation Squadrons as directed by N423 leadership.

  • Coordinate manpower/personnel of all CVN AIMDs and Carrier Air Wing (CVW) aviation squadrons assigned, along with nine SEAOPDET units for both CNAL and CNAP carrier.

  • Responsible for providing personnel/manpower training to AMO and Division Officer when required for Atlantic and Pacific Fleet Maintenance and ensure all CVN and their SEAOPDET deploy at C-1 readiness.

You’ll Bring These Qualifications:

  • Active DOD Secret Clearance.

  • Typically has a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management or related business discipline or equivalent experience and minimum 7 years of related work experience.

  • As a substitute for education, nine years of experience in Navy Logistics, AIS management, inventory management, and the functionality of Navy logistics and AISs.

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Access).

The proposed salary range for this position is:

$56,000-$117,500
