JOB PURPOSE:

To construct, erect, install or repair structures as to Pruitt Standards or state or Federal codes for healthcare facilities. This is a skilled position requiring manual labor in the repair, construction and maintenance of the Health Care Centers.

• Guaranteed 40 hours

• 4 -10-hour days, 3-day weekends

• Work indoors majority of time

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Use or proper use of all tools or equipment that maybe needed on the job

• To do work that is of the quality and standard that meets Pruitt’s standards

• To follow the safety standards of the company as well as the standards set in the Health Care Centers

• Performs tasks and assist co-workers with minimum of supervision

• Demonstrates good workmanship in a neat and timely manor

• Must be able to perform job duties as dictated by supervisors.

• Ability to perform occasional overtime, night and weekend work

• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with supervisor, co-workers and the public

• Ability to exercise independent judgment within the limits of the position

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES:

• Drywall installation

• Drywall finishing

• Drywall repairs

• Must be willing to travel, but you will be home most weekends

• Must have a valid driver license and be able to pass a background check

MINIMUM EDUCATION REQUIRED:

• Must possess a diploma from a high school or have attained the equivalent GED

MINIMUM EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

• Two years of work experience.
