Summary

UES is seeking a Marketing Communications Specialist to join our Business Development team in Norcross, GA. This is a hybrid position with two days in the office and three days remote, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. The Marketing Communications Specialist will play a crucial role in managing administrative tasks, facilitating communication efforts, and supporting marketing initiatives. Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Follow up on conference contacts to nurture relationships and explore potential business opportunities.

  • Execute marketing campaigns targeting specific individuals or groups identified by the team.

  • Utilize various communication channels such as phone calls, cold emails, and IIR (Identify, Introduce, Reconnect) techniques effectively.

  • Produce high-quality written content for communication purposes including emails, newsletters, and promotional materials.

  • Coordinate and schedule meetings, ensuring seamless management of calendars and schedules.

  • Collaborate with the national accounts management team, providing support as needed.

  • Assist in data center growth initiatives by researching and contacting new prospects with tailored introductions.

  • Contribute to maintaining and updating the CRM database to ensure accuracy and completeness.

  • Cultivate and nurture relationships with clients, providing exceptional service and support.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.

  • Strong telephone communication skills with a professional and engaging demeanor

  • Proven experience in administrative roles, preferably in a marketing or communications setting.

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.

  • Proficiency in using various communication tools and platforms.

  • Familiarity with CRM systems and database management; Experience using Deltek Vantagepoint preferred.

  • A proactive and self-motivated attitude with a willingness to learn and grow.

  • Experience in client relationship management and account support is desirable.
