Job Description:

REQUIREMENTS:

o Requires minimum 8+ years of Health & Welfare experience

o Strong problem solving skills, analytical and communication knowledge

o Strong Health & Welfare Domain knowledge in mandatory

o Strong knowledge of RKS/BA7 platform is preferred

o Strong knowledge in MS Office, SQL

o Good understanding of all standard Procedure Documents

o Good Knowledge of Testing Procedures

o Strong team player

o Should be able to Coach & mentor team members

o Good project management skills

o Manage stakeholder communication (internal/external)

o Lead client projects independently & should be able to handle multiple clients

o Understanding of overall OTS methodology

o Good people management skill

JOB DESCRIPTION DETAIL:

Process/Project Management

o Initiate/Kick Off Project

o Create project plan with relevant details such as (WBS, Effort Estimations)

o Task Allocation & Track deliveries for against SLA

o Risk Management and Mitigation

o Create & Maintain project management routines

o Initiate/Lead & Conceptualize to implement ideas of process automation

o Follow the standard practices and procedures specific to your Tower

o Create & Maintain necessary project documents

People Management

o Helps drive associate engagement & related associated issues

o Initiate & Identify user technical/ functional training needs and devise and managing user training programs

o Track performance of project team members and takes appropriate action

Communications

o Responsible for project/client communication

o Client level ownership

o Manage internal stakeholder communication

o Manage Offshore/Onshore Interaction and Stakeholder Communication

o Escalation Management

Client Delivery

o Interprets very complex business needs and translates them into system requirements

o Strong understanding of Health & Welfare Domain and is required to comprehend Business Requirement Documents (BRD)

o Review/Maintain BRD for system gaps & domain compliance

o Interprets requirements to create/update systems specifications

o Leverages previous knowledge and expertise to achieve results with teams and can complete work self-guided.

o Uses best practices and understanding of business issues to improve products and services.

o Able to lead multiple HW clients and resources successfully

o Able to manage competing priorities

o Able to lead client calls and put the technical view for smooth functioning of client

o Create & Review Test Plan & Test Execution results

o Final sign-offs on delivery
