Job Description:

Functions as expert developer focused on Java, Spring, Spring Boot, Spring MVC technologies.

May perform one or more of the following:

• Analysis/Development/Deployment

• Knowledge in Object Oriented Programming

• Knowledge of Java, Spring, Spring Boot, Spring MVC

• Knowledge in ORM frameworks such as Hibernate, MyBatis

• Knowledge in creation and consumption of RESTful API

• Knowledge in writing SQL queries and interacting with database systems such as Oracle.

• Knowledge of version control systems such as Git branching strategies

• Thorough orientation towards Code reviews, Coding standards, Design Standards and Code Documentation

• Proactive approach to identify alternatives for a given problem statement.

• Should have worked on enterprise class applications.

• Should have worked in Agile environment.

• Excellent oral and written communication skills

• Accountability/Communication

• Work independently on tasks assigned.

• Demonstrate ownership on work assigned to self and immediate sub-ordinates.

• Enhance existing systems by analyzing business objectives, preparing an action plan and identifying areas for modification and improvement.

• Manage defect-tracking system, resolve all issues, and prepare update for systems.

• Investigate and develop skills in new technologies.

• Create technical specifications and test plans.

• Monitor everyday activities of system and provide required support.

• Communicate effectively with internal software team members and customers through strong verbal, written and interpersonal skills

• Remain flexible to changes in priorities with the ability to multi-task
