Job Summary:

In this pivotal role, you will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop, test, and implement business process automation, generative AI solutions, and data analytics. Your contributions will directly enhance our employees' work lives and establish and maintain critical DevOps practices and standards.

Primary/Essential Duties and Key Responsibilities:

● Automate processes and build system integrations with cloud-based platforms through scripting languages (Shell/Python/JavaScript), REST APIs, CI/CD pipelines, and no-code technologies.

● Develop and maintain generative AI LLMs, solutions, and integrations (Vertex AI, Azure AI Studio, Power Automate, Copilot).

● Develop and maintain databases, data hubs, dashboards, reports, and data visualization tools.

● Partner with operations teams to design, build, and maintain application deployments into production and ensure they are created to be resilient and fault tolerant.

● Lead strategy and technical discussions and identify opportunities for process automation and

● Provide technical leadership in planning, developing, delivering, and supporting multidisciplinary automation technologies to operational teams within the organization.

● Design and execute QA tests using scripts that automatically test functionality across multiple platforms and systems.

● Define best practices and standards around DevOps with security and compliance in mind.

● Gather requirements from stakeholders to develop the best automation solutions.

● Build and manage the DevOps toolchain.

● Mentor and educate team members on enhancing their DevOps and AI literacy and skills.

● Work closely with various operations and engineering teams to troubleshoot issues.

● Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain deadlines on projects and initiatives.

● Builds and maintains strong peer relationships within the team and across the organization.

● Ability to create technical documentation for a wide range of audiences.

● Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

● 8+ years' experience with building full-stack software solutions, architected using DevOps best practices and technologies

● 8+ years' experience supporting various technology stacks (cloud and on-premise) and are comfortable with learning new technologies

● 8+ years' experience working with various DevOps tools (Git, Jenkins, Selenium, Puppet, Chef, Ansible, Azure DevOps, Terraform, etc)

● 8+ years' experience with most of the following: Python, Java, C#, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Node.js, shell scripting, Powershell

● 5+ years' experience with various database technologies (SQL, NoSQL) and data interchange formats (XML, JSON).

● 5+ years' experience working with cloud computing services (AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud) having implemented Infrastructure as Code (IaC) concepts.

● Experience with generative AI LLMs, solutions, and integrations (Vertex AI, Azure AI Studio, Power Automate, Copilot).

● Excellent interpersonal skills

● Energetic team player who can adapt to change, is willing to work in multiple contexts and enjoys rapid development

● Determined and willing to do what it takes to get the job done.

Preferred Qualifications:

● Solid understanding of security best practices and standards around cloud computing and access management.

● Senior-level experience supporting multiple enterprise production environment solutions.

● Ability to understand system functionality, process, and architecture at a technical and business level.

● A bachelor's degree in information systems or a related discipline is preferred.

● Certification in related discipline preferred
