About the team / role
Eightfold AI is building the future of enterprise customer experiences with the power of large language models and automation. Our Copilot team, operating at the intersection of product engineering, core infrastructure, and machine learning, is searching for a passionate Lead Engineer to join our mission.
Responsibilities:
Lead and own the architecture, design, and delivery of groundbreaking Generative AI features.
Be a technical leader, mentoring engineers and shaping the technical direction of the team.
Partner with cross-functional teams to define the roadmap and bring innovative solutions to life.
Actively participate in hiring top talent and fostering a collaborative engineering environment.
Requirement:
Has 4-6 years of experience architecting, designing, and building highly scalable products.
Is hands-on with Python, AWS, Generative AI, NLP, and Large Language Models.
Thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys tackling complex technical challenges.
Possesses excellent communication and collaboration skills to bridge the gap between engineering and other teams.
Has illustrated passion for mentoring and helping others grow.
Bonus points if you have:
Experience with distributed systems, micro services, and cloud technologies.
A strong product sense and a keen eye for user experience.
SaaS product development and shipping experience.
