About The Role:

Our Los Angeles/Newport Beach-based Hotels team is seeking a hard-working Investment Sales Analyst. A successful candidate will have strong writing and excel skills, a sincere interest in learning the ins and outs of hotel real estate transactions, and a team-oriented attitude with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

What You'll Do:

  • Assist with financial modeling and analysis of prospective transactions.

  • Use AI and machine learning tools to enhance productivity and accelerate deal processing.

  • Conduct market research and analysis to support deal origination and execution.

  • Maintain and handle our CRM system and other databases, while participating in client meetings, preparing materials, and delivering presentations as needed.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with teams (e.g., graphics, sales, etc.) to streamline workflow and processes.

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, real estate or related field required.

  • 0-2 years of related work experience. Real estate, investments, or hotel operations experience is helpful.

  • Real Estate Sales License preferred but not required.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational and analytical skills. Ability to provide efficient, timely and courteous service to customers. Ability to write reports and effectively present information.

  • Requires knowledge of financial terms and principles. Ability to calculate figures such as percentages, discounts, and/or commissions.

  • Ability to comprehend, analyze, and interpret documents. Ability to solve problems involving many options in situations. Requires intermediate analytical and quantitative skills.

  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Suite including: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc. Attention to detail, multi-tasking, and organizational skills required.

  • Strong time management skills, with ability to set own project timelines.

CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate’s education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the Finance Analyst position is $65,000 annually ($31.25/hr) and the maximum salary for the Finance Analyst is $85,000 annually ($40.86/hr).
