[[RN Supervisor Job Summary: [[The Registered Nurse supervisor will oversee day-to-day nursing activities in the facility, including developing work assignments, ensuring sufficient staffing and maintaining good working rapport. *[[RN Supervisor Responsibilities: [[Admit, transfer, and discharge residents as required. [[Ensure that direct nursing care is provided by a licensed nurse, a certified nursing assistant, and/or a nurse aide trainee qualified to perform the procedure [[Ensure that all RNs and LPNs on your shift comply with written procedures for the administration, storage, and control of medications and supplies.
