ManpowerGroup Administrative Assistant in Newark, Delaware

Our client, a retail services and construction company is seeking an Administrative Assistant for a 2 month project to start immediately. As an Administrative Assistant, you will work directly with the General Manager and Project Manager. The ideal candidate will have high energy, focus, and be self driven which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Administrative Assistant

Location: Newark, DE

Pay Range: $22.00/hour

What’s the Job?

  • Coordinate project construction through communications with malls, contractors, tenants, and general managers while providing support duties as needed.

  • Upload photos, drawings to online job calendar.

  • Provide customer service by answering general inquiries via telephone, email and/or in person in a timely and courteous manner.

  • Produce work orders for all jobs.

  • Maintain accurate and complete records using computer filing systems and programs such as G-Suite, BRIX and NetSuite.

What’s Needed?

  • 2 years administrative experience

  • Proficiency with enterprise resource planning (ERP) software such as BRIX, Google Workplace, and NetSuite a plus..

  • Excellent time management, organizational and problem solving skills.
