This senior role will be part of a high - performing team, and drive growth and innovation across multiple products and business lines within the Investor Communications Solutions organization . The idea l candidate will help shape the strategic direction of Broadridges design and user experience across all products , contribute to and help with the develop ment of the enterprise design system, provide thought leadership and strategic direction to designers across our businesses , implement and drive adoption of best UI/UX practices and empower the next leg of transformation for Broadridge.

This role combines hands on delivery of key initiatives and great visibility and opportunity to influence the thinking of business leaders and executive management.

Responsibilities:

T he ideal candidate for this role will directly accelerate Broadridges product and technology evolution through next - generation design thinking . You will lead the collaboration between the product organization and the technology organization helping to increase visibility, business results and quality and agility of product management design planning and execution . You will establish and drive enterprise product design governance and standards, ensuring consisten cy of use of enterprise product design system across diverse Business Unit product groups.

Specific responsibilities include the following:

Accelerate the evolution of Broadridges product and tech nology organizations through world-class product experience

  • Responsible for the ICS Product Experience team and user experience standards for all of its products, ensuring adherence to Broadridge guidelines.

  • Help evangelizes the value of Product Experience throughout Broadridge

  • Partner with Design Leads across the org to ensure Broadridge guidelines are best-in-class.

  • Ensure team is effectively consulting and collaborating with stakeholders, product managers, tech, to design and develop the best possible experience for Broadridge products

  • Ensure team is effectively communicating and collaborating across diverse Business units and product portfolios to provide strategic, creative or technical direction and deliverables to support a unified experience across all products.

  • Build and grow the ICS Product Experience Design team; attract, recruit and retain top talent that designs high-quality product interfaces and collaborates well with partners.

    Ideal Experience:

  • Strategic mindset with deep understanding of Design principles, UI/UX, and product management methodologies and capabilities

  • Experience building and managing a team of designers

  • Experience building and maintaining a design system across multiple groups

  • Senior leader with 10-15 years of experience

  • Passion for product, design, technology and innovation

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Excellent eye for aesthetic design and customer appeal

  • Artistic , creative and innovative flair

  • Excellent attention to detail; meticulous and diligent

  • Proven ability to build excellent relationships and effectively negotiate with senior leaders to influence business outcomes

  • Comfortable with an intense work environment often managing multiple initiatives under ambiguity

  • Experience in the financial services sector in the institutional segments of the business, especially with technology is a plus

  • Experience working in the context of a large, complex, multidisciplinary global organization where working across boundaries, developing strong interpersonal relationships, and leading through influence are keys to success.

Salary Range: $185,000 to $200,000 Annual

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidates qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
