Salary Range:
Assistant Transit Management Analyst I: $65,954 - $78,079 (TA)
Assistant Transit Management Analyst II: $76,577 - $85,288 (TA)
Associate Transit Management Analyst: $86,565 - $112,083 (TA)
Responsibilities :
Providing strategic support to all MOW Divisions and projects and responsibilities that are assigned to MOW Operations Center. Responsible to overseeing the appropriate capturing and response to all incoming customer correspondence, comments and concerns including written complaints, telephone, email, social media, etc. Assure accurate documentation of both incoming and outgoing communication and correspondence, closing out open tickets after obtaining information from response groups. Tasked with monitoring and improving the various applications and databases of MOW Operations including Alarm Desk, CAMS, as well as enhancing our internal databases and streamlining and/or automating processes where possible. Inputting and updating information in EAM in support of MOW divisions.
Education and Experience :
Assistant Transit Management Analyst I and II:
A master's degree from an accredited college in business administration, public administration, public policy, engineering, engineering technology, economics, architecture, mathematics, physics, computer science, finance, accounting, transportation planning, industrial psychology, urban planning/studies, human resources management, labor relations, operations research, security management or in a related area, and one year of satisfactory full-time professional experience in the collection, evaluation and use of data relating to operational procedures, administrative systems, equipment and space utilization, and staffing requirements, including the preparation of charts, graphs, drawings and technical reports; or
A baccalaureate degree from an accredited college in one of the areas listed in "1" above; and two years of satisfactory full-time professional experience as described in "1" above.
Associate Transit Management Analyst:
A master's degree from an accredited college in business administration, public administration, public policy, engineering, engineering technology, economics, architecture, mathematics, physics, computer science, finance, accounting, transportation planning, industrial psychology, urban planning/studies, human resources management, labor relations, operations research, security management or in a related area, and two years of full-time satisfactory professional experience in the collection, evaluation and use of data relating to operational procedures, administrative systems, equipment and space utilization, and staffing requirements, including the preparation of charts, graphs, drawings and technical reports. One year of experience must have been in the transportation industry; or
A baccalaureate degree from an accredited college in one of the areas listed in "1" above; and three years of full-time satisfactory experience as described in "1" above. One year of this experience must have been in the transportation industry.

All appointments, with the exception of the Department of Subways employees on MABSTOA payroll, will be made on the NYCT payroll.
