CADENT Sr Director, Aperture Platform Sales in New York, New York

Right now we are looking for an exceptional Senior Director, Platform Sales to join our Advanced TV/Platform Team. This position, working closely with the Cadent Platform Sales, Marketing and Product teams, will be responsible for evangelizing the unique value of Cadent’s Sell-side Solutions platform to the wider industry and leading engagement with target customers What You Will Do: • Driving new customer acquisition and new sales revenue for the Cadent Sell-side Solutions platform by owning the end to end sales cycle for an agreed list of target customers in the media and entertainment industry. • Evangelize the benefits of Cadent’s Sell-side Solutions platform with key decision makers at assigned targets. • Establish partnerships with customers to promote usage of Aperture’s suite of workflow, planning, data, activation, measurement and reporting/analytics product solutions specifically designed to enhance and optimize sell-side video advertising. • Help build a differentiated platform narrative and position for Cadent in the hyper-competitive sell side ad tech ecosystem for specific vertical markets. • Facilitate driving demand for Cadent’s Sell-side Solutions platform via direct outreach, prospecting and account management of assigned prospects. • Manage the complete demand facilitation process for hybrid (self/managed service) activity. This includes prospecting, RFI/RFP responses, proposal creation/submission, order closing and servicing clients. This requires close collaboration with Cadent’s entire platform team. • Develop and maintain Vertical Market and Account Plans to organize customers outreach efforts, CRM, and communication. • Work closely with the Client Service/Customer Success, Product Marketing, Product, and Engineering teams and other key stakeholders to communicate business requirements of our customers and ensure successful campaign performance from start to finish. • Understand partner and customer needs to align expectations and provide feedback/market input that will strengthen the Cadent’s value proposition. • Collaborate with the Platform leadership team and other sellers to develop weekly activity reports, Account Plans, KPI targets and performance goals. • Achieve or exceed revenue goals. Your Skills: • 5+ years of Identity, onboarding, platform and/or data sales, with a focus on publishers • Deep knowledge of the advanced TV/data-driven linear/CTV/OTT/linear addressable ecosystem • Strong relationships with senior decision makers at large media and entertainment companies. • Candidates with relationships at OTT/CTV/MVPD/vMVPD/Broadcast/network publishers such as Disney Corp, Hulu, Roku, Amazon, News Corp, Tubi, Philo, etc preferred. • Superior presentation skills at the executive level, great communication and interpersonal skills • Proven experience building customer relationships and developing growth • Ability to think strategically about growing annual account revenue • Strong customer and market focus with an ability to influence decision makers to take action • Adaptable in the face of constant change and ability to perform at a high level; identifying solutions when faced with challenges • Self-starter capable of flourishing in an entrepreneurial environment • BA/BS Degree required Extra Credit if you have: • Ideal candidate for position will have experience prospecting, negotiating and closing SaaS and transactional based deals for data-based products and services within the advertising, media and entertainment ecosystem. Location is New York City • $125,000 - $150,000 This information is provided per the New York City Human Rights Law. Base pay range information is based on market location. Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the base pay range associated with that location.
