Hiring a Construction project Manager for a massive energy consulting firm based in Manhattan to oversee all facets of major energy retrofit construction projects for NYCHA and Higher Education/Universities.

Description:

• 10+ years of Construction Manager experience in NYC on relevant projects

• Relevant Experience: Boiler installation / managing boiler operators

• Ability to read plans/drawings/specifications and interpret data.

• Ability to manage sub-contractors

• Professional: will be client facing on all projects, this is 50% of the position

• Ability to go to Queens daily

• Willing to submit to background check.

• Strong Microsoft Office skills and generally tech savvy/ready and willing to learn new systems.
