JPMorgan Chase Performance Marketing-CFx - Integrated Marketing Strategy Lead-VP in New York, New York

The role will lead strategic development and execution of One Chase Marketing initiatives across multiple LOBs and requires a candidate that is passionate, resilient and tenacious. An individual who thrives on challenging situations, maintains a positive attitude, and possess excellent communication skill to engage with stakeholders at all levels.

As a Marketing Strategy lead, you will spearhead the development and execution of strategic marketing initiatives across multiple teams and stakeholders. You will support discovery and launch of Chase-wide marketing initiatives across multiple audience segments and products, and demands exceptional cross-functional leadership, strategic thinking and adaptability in a dynamic environment. You will be responsible for guiding collaboration, influencing stakeholders, and delivering impactful marketing strategies across the spectrum of owned, earned, and paid channels to achieve business objectives. Job Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and implementation of comprehensive xLOB marketing strategies to support business goals and objectives, including acquisition, deepening and engagement - centered around communication theme and customer segment priorities

  • Collaborate closely with cross functional teams, including Digital Product, Channel Strategy, DCE, Line of Business Marketing, Marketing Operations to understand trends and support the development of the One Chase marketing plans to drive full funnel behaviors across the Chase suite of products

  • Define and prioritize marketing initiatives based on the needs and objectives of many stakeholders

  • Drive cross functional teamwork and ensure effective communication and collaborations throughout the entire marketing process

  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including executives, to gain support and alignment for marketing initiatives

  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities and challenges to inform marketing strategies

  • Monitor and evaluate performance of marketing programs, providing insights and recommendation for optimization

  • Serve as a strong advocate for One Chase Customer-First initiatives, ensuring consistency and alignment across all marketing efforts

  • Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices and emerging technologies to continuously improve marketing efficiency

  • Seek, develop and execute Chase xLOB marketing opportunities that drive scaled efficiency across the organization

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

  • Marketing leader with 7+ years of experience

  • Demonstrated strategic thinking ability with data driven approach to decision-making and customer-centric view

  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills. Proven ability to articulate ideas and strategies with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

  • Outstanding leadership, relationship building and influencing skills. The position requires a large degree of cross-functional collaboration and coordination

  • Proven experience in marketing roles with demonstrated success in developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives across a large cross functional organization

  • Ability to identify and capitalize on "white space" opportunities, leveraging creativity and innovation to drive results

  • Resilience and tenacity, as well as comfort working through ambiguity and delivering results in dynamic and rapidly evolving environment

  • Creative problem solver with a proactive and result oriented mindset and self-starter, positive attitude

  • Bachelor's degree required
