Citigroup Workforce Management, Partner Engagement & Adoption Lead – SVP (Hybrid) in New York, New York

The Partner Engagement & Adoption Partner Lead role is responsible for implementing the transformation around how Citi manages resource needs, connecting headcount with financial planning processes and talent acquisition planning and assessing demand and supply and any associated resource risks. You will partner closely with several lines of business/functions as a trusted partner and workforce subject matter expert.

As part of the Partner Engagement & Adoption team, you will be driving the implementation of the approach and adoption for resource planning for Citi. This role will be responsible of embedding the demand, capacity and resource management processes across the organization and championing change efforts across key stakeholders in HR, Finance, and the business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure smooth and on-time implementation of workforce management capabilities

  • Contribute to the on-time delivery of regulatory commitments regarding resource management

  • Be a trusted advisor to your line of business/function with key stakeholders including both peers and senior leaders

  • Own the relationship and communications to your line of business / function and create connections with workforce planning SMEs for new process launches and feedback from the partners across all Enterprise Workforce Management pillars of work

  • Inform the corporate standard for demand & capacity, strategic skills and resource planning and partner with and influence business/function stakeholders to adjust forecasting and headcount planning process to align to the corporate standard

  • Partner closely with change management and corporate communications teams to ensure consistency of message

  • Understand and stay abreast of all workforce management initiatives and provide feedback on the design of workforce processes

  • Perform change impact assessments to anticipate and manage potential risks and barriers to change and to drive successful adoption and organizational readiness

  • Contribute to the on-time delivery of regulatory commitments regarding resource management

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience in related field of Resource Management, HR, Talent, Finance, or Strategy.

  • Proven experience in the Workforce Planning discipline.

  • Deep understanding of financial planning, analytics, and business operations.

  • Exceptional team leader with the ability to interact with senior leadership and motivate global teams and peers.

  • Ability to prepare executive level reports and insights.

  • Proven capability to develop, innovate, adapt process transformation approaches and methods, influence, and lead to execute process change which brings higher business value.

  • Strong strategy execution experience with attention to details, while keeping focus on the big picture.

  • Ability to deliver results and on-time delivery of work.

  • Comfort with ambiguity and the ability to adapt to shifting goals and priorities.

  • Exceptional interpersonal and relationship management skills demonstrating cross-cultural understanding and knowledge across multiple geographic locations.

  • Effective leader with demonstrated ability to coach and influence peer group in decision making and strategic processes.

Education

  • Bachelor’s/University degree, Master’s degree preferred

Primary Location Full Time Salary Range:

$149,600.00 - $224,400.00
