TEKsystems Operations Manager in New York, New York

Description:

  • Ensure organization is complaint with regulations/policies procedures.

  • Manage all aspects of compensation and benefits administration including payroll, insurance, retirement benefits, commuter benefits, flexible spending accounts, health insurance, and absences etc.

  • Facilitate employees in understating the relevant details of compensation and benefits package.

  • Work as a central point of contact to coordinate payroll activities.

  • Manage relationships with service provider.

  • Draft meeting agendas, take/circulate minutes of meetings and prepare memos / reports.

  • Ensure compliance with all relevant labor and employment laws.

  • Manage and update personnel files.

  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

NICE TO HAVE:

  • Prior experience working for non-for-profit.

  • Knowledge of other UN official languages would be desirable
