Job Description

The Molecular Imaging and Therapy Service (MITS) is part of the Department of Radiology at MSK. Ourteam of physicians, technologists, nurses, physicists, pharmacists, and radiochemists provides acomprehensive clinical serviceThe Molecular Imaging and Therapy Service (MITS) is part of the Department of Radiology at MSK. Ourteam of physicians, technologists, nurses, physicists, pharmacists, and radiochemists provides acomprehensive clinical service, conducts translational and clinical research, maintains active residencyand fellowship programs, and provides institutional research support for a large number of diagnostic andtherapeutic clinical trials. We are looking for additional faculty members to join our service, starting in midto late 2024.

Interested candidates should have:• Excellent clinical skills covering the entire spectrum of nuclear medicine with particular interest inoncologic imaging and radionuclide therapy (theranostics)• Board certification in nuclear medicine (ABNM)• Eligibility for New York State license• Willingness to initiate or participate in clinical and translational research• Interpersonal skills to collaborate productively within our service and across the institution

Salary: 350,000-500,000

Physician compensation is based on multiple variables. This range represents annual salary only anddoes not include supplemental performance-based pay or any one-time payments that eligible candidatesmay be offered at the time of hire.
