Job Description

Responsible for a broad involvement in the media process (research, strategy, and planning). You should take pleasure in getting to “do it all”, supporting projects that blur the lines between marketing, advertising, research, and creative.

This is a hybrid role, requiring three days in-office each week. If you are contacted for an interview, your recruiter will discuss specifics with you, inclusive of any necessary reasonable accommodations. You will report to the Senior Vice President, Multicultural.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Work with and reports to the Account Director/Director/VP

  • Understand agency/client objectives for media campaigns

  • Info shares industry news and updates with agency brands

  • Develop strategic relationships with important team members

  • Write clear, cohesive, agency- and client-ready documents.

  • Provide concise POVs when evaluating media partners

  • Keep current on media & industry trends

  • Set up meetings, internal status, providing agenda and recaps for team

Qualifications

  • Experience with media research tools (GWI, Nielsen, Mintel, Geoscape/Claritas, Comscore, YouGov)

  • Understanding of the media ecosystem, including different platforms/walled gardens, media channels, and social

  • Proficiency in media math and terminology

  • 3-5 years of experience in related role/industry

  • Legally authorized to work in the U.S.

Compensation Range: $64,500 - $97,000 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time.
