How will you make an impact in this role?
Manage a key business strategy regarding the end-to-end management of Card Members enrolled with Debt Settlement Companies in addition to supporting other Legal Channel data-driven projects.
Partner across internal and third parties to analyze and improve performance of collections and recoveries and ensure compliance.
Identify and develop strategies to improve processes and controllership of the end-to-end process
Communicate results to leadership in a clear and understandable manner
E2E project management work ensuring project deliverables meet quality standards, timeline and stakeholders’ expectations with flawless execution.
Supporting business decisions with ad hoc analysis as needed.
Collaborate with our key partners on the customer experience and servicing strategies, mapping the CM experience through E2E servicing journeys, ensuring channel consistency and maintaining a “Customer First” mindset.
Effective Relationship Management – ensuring proactive communication & goal alignment with key stakeholders & customers, and regularly providing project updates (timelines, milestones, risks, performance metrics) to stakeholders.
Identifying & setting measures of success by using KPIs
Ensuring that Legal and Regulatory controls are central to everything we do when implementing and executing initiatives throughout GSG.
Understand key drivers in performance, optimal settings for the key drivers, motivation behind actions/operational levers and impacts to results
Develop insights from data with the ability to use a combination of intuition and facts in driving the business forward
-Special sometimes time-sensitive projects as assigned that require working with colleagues at all levels, processing and assessing data outputs and presenting the results in a clearly understandable way
Strong thought leadership in portfolio analysis and operational processes. Able to incorporate both analytical and operational aspects into business thinking and solution
Ability to partner with the agency staff at all levels, peers and management in developing solutions and leading the implementation
Minimum Qualifications:
Self-directed, passionate in driving business results
Strong communication and relationship skills to influence and maintain strong partnership with agencies
Advanced user of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint and Word)
Cornerstone reporting and other advanced data mining capabilities
Preferred Qualifications:
- Collections & Recoveries experience

Salary Range: $80,000.00 to $155,000.00 annually bonus benefits
