Description We are in search of an IT Manager to join our team located in New York, New York. This role will involve managing key systems and utilizing a variety of skills in the telecom industry. This position offers a permanent employment opportunity within our organization.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the operation and management of key systems such as Tevalis, Salesforce, NetSuite, Sevenrooms, Office 365, Microsoft Suite, and Club(s) Website & E-commerce platforms.

• Manage and maintain Microsoft Azure, Meraki, and Cisco Infrastructure.

• Utilize skills in Cisco Technologies, Cloud Technologies, Database, and EO/IR systems.

• Effectively use ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning, Active Directory, and Backup Technologies.

• Deal with computer hardware issues and manage configuration.

• Handle contracts and other administrative tasks related to the role. Requirements • Proven experience in the role of an IT Manager or similar managerial role

• Proficiency in Cisco Technologies and Cloud Technologies

• Strong knowledge of Database Management

• Familiarity with EO/IR systems

• Understanding of ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning

• Ability to manage Active Directory

• Experience with Backup Technologies

• Proficiency in handling Computer Hardware

• Expertise in Configuration Management

• Familiarity with Contracts and contract negotiation

• Excellent leadership and team management skills

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to troubleshoot complex IT issues

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
