Overview Griswold Care Pairing for Manhattan is seeking a Registered Nurse to conduct in-home visits and assessments to our clients in Manhattan. This is a Part-Time, Fee-for-Service position, ideal for someone looking for fill-in work, or for a retired RN looking for supplemental income. All assessments will be conducted in the borough of Manhattan.   Competitive Fee for Service Compensation This position pays a range of from $180 to $200 per home visit.   Responsibilities  * Conduct initial and repeat RN Assessments for our clients * Develop Plans of Care based on the client’s needs and services requested * Supervise provision of care according to the Plan of Care and the performance of the home health aide(s) * Review and make reasonable inquiries to determine changes in client status periodically * Communicate with authorized family / personal representatives in the care of the client when needed * Document all changes in the client’s medical condition   Requirements: * Current RN Licensure in the State of New York * Fully Vaccinated against COVID-19 * Past experience in geriatric patient assessments * Must be tech-saavy * Detail-oriented * Compassionate, patient and personable * Flexibility to take on assessments within 48-hours’ notice * Willingness to make weekend visits, but very rarely   About Griswold Home Care With more than 180 locations in 32 states, Griswold Home Care is one of the country’s top home care agencies, providing compassionate care 24/7 to its clients.
