Job Summary

The Food & Facility Manager is responsible for the overall upkeep and operation of a new conference space. his position offers a Monday through Friday daytime schedule- no weekends or holidays! This is an ideal opportunity for someone with a keen eye for detail, strives to be a hospitality hero and desires ownership of the end-to-end experience of a small conference space servicing high profile clientele.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure that the facility is in impeccably maintained, reporting all issues to building management

• Communicate requests to the appropriate internal support departments; building maintenance, IT, audiovisual and mailroom.

• Stock and service hydration stations and grab and go displays

• Provide tours and onboarding support to new staff

• Arrange hospitality and catering as requested for events

• Oversee mail services- incoming and outgoing mail and packages

• Various office services; ensure cleanliness, greet guests and clients and act as a source of information, answer and direct calls

  Qualifications:

• Previous experience in food and facility management

• High end hospitality experience

• Supervising, scheduling, training, management & coaching skills

• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal

• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office: Word, Excel and PowerPoint
