Position SummaryCVS Health is recruiting for an Executive Director, Payor Product Growth Spend who will implement organizational strategy for products, standards, infrastructure, and availability to support membership goals. This incumbent will lead departments in the end-to-end development, management, and analysis of key account products and offerings, as well as develop methodologies to create new product ideation and enhancement.

You’ll make an impact:

  • Leading area processes for the organization's Product Management and Development area, and ensures methods align with the overall business strategy.

  • Formulating organizational policies, goals, and objectives based on best practices in the field.

  • Establishing strategic direction, simplification, and integration of the organization's product portfolio.

  • Designing the annual operating plan and 3–5-year product strategy.

  • Administering product pipeline development to address industry trends and regulations.

  • Advising management on market and competitive analysis to inform strategic decision making and key positioning.

  • Developing strategic relationships with department leaders to align cross functional product development and management initiatives.

  • Managing team performance through regular, timely feedback as well as the formal performance review process to ensure delivery of exceptional services and engagement, motivation, and team development.

  • Supporting CVS Health in attracting, retaining, and engaging a diverse and inclusive consumer-centric workforce that delivers on our purpose and reflects the communities in which we work, live, and serve.

Required Qualifications

The candidate will have a strong work ethic, be a self-starter, and be able to be highly productive in a dynamic, collaborative environment. This position offers broad exposure to all aspects of the company’s business, as well as significant interaction with all the business leaders.

The candidate will be expected to have the following key attributes:

  • 10+ years of experience in product management.

  • Prefer relative experience from consulting, start-ups or competitor environments.

  • Experience driving strategy to executed solutions.

  • Demonstrated track record highlighting leadership skills, ability, and willingness to plan and achieve colleague success.

  • Mastery of growth mindset (agility and developing yourself and others) skills.

  • Strong influencing skills to effectively work across a wide range of senior stakeholders, as well as across both technical and nontechnical teams to drive alignment and results.

  • Experience working with a geographically diverse team of primarily Work-from-Home colleagues.

  • Demonstrated success in the areas of collaboration, teamwork, and execution across multiple departments to deliver results.

  • Strong decision-making, analytical and organizational skills.

  • Extensive experience leading cross-functional initiatives and driving innovation.

  • Ability to develop and execute strategic and tactical business plans.

  • This is a remote opportunity, preference is to work near our NY office, but the role is open to anyone across the US.

EducationBachelor's degree required.

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$131,500.00 - $303,200.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. This position also includes an award target in the company’s equity award program.
