THE ROLE: Engineering VP

Job Summary:

As a VP, Build & Engineering - Digital Product, you will be a pivotal leader within Presidio, responsible for overseeing US delivery teams within Digital Product. This role requires a strategic visionary with a strong background in application development, data & analytics, design thinking, and solution ownership/engagement leadership. Partnering with our global teams, the VP will ensure that our delivery teams consistently achieve high-quality results aligned with client business objectives.

Travel Requirements:

In this role you will be expected to travel up to 30%. It will be based in any US Location.

Job Responsibilities:

Leadership & Management:

• Lead and manage US delivery teams across design thinking, application development, data & analytics, and solution ownership/engagement leadership.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to ensure successful project delivery, meeting client business outcomes.
• Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence within the teams.

Strategic Planning & Execution:

• Align delivery strategies with overall business goals and client needs.
• Ensure the implementation of best practices and methodologies in project delivery.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

Client Engagement:

• Work closely with clients to understand their business challenges and objectives.
• Ensure client satisfaction by delivering solutions that meet or exceed expectations.
• Serve as a senior point of contact for clients, addressing any escalations or issues.

Team Development:

• Recruit, mentor, and develop high-performing global teams.
• Promote continuous learning and professional development within the teams.
• Foster a diverse and inclusive workplace culture.

Operational Excellence:

• Drive operational efficiencies and continuous improvement in delivery processes.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and internal policies.
• Implement risk management strategies to mitigate potential project risks.

Required Skills:

• 5+ years experience in a senior leadership role within digital product services or a similar industry.
• Strong background in application development, data & analytics, design thinking, and solution ownership/engagement leadership.
• Excellent strategic planning, organizational, and project management skills.
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and client management skills.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and manage global teams.

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field or equivalent experience and/or military experience Advanced degree preferred
• Over all 10 years of relevant experience
