Nestle Distributor Sales Analyst in New York, New York

At Nestlé, we’re seeking individuals who can join us full-time and support the Nestlé Retail Sales (NRS) as a Distributor Sales Analyst. As a Distributor Sales Analyst, you will support the Distributor teams within the NRS, by:

  • Identifying and communicating business trends to senior leaders

  • Providing actionable insights and recommendations through the use of data models

  • Updating and creating scorecards to adequately evaluate data sets

  • Producing an-hoc reports to enable informed decision-making to improve NRS distributor performance

  • Partnering with others across distributor teams and NRS to assist with course-correcting action plans and projects

  • The Distributor Sales Analyst will drive standardization and simplification of reports and supports the business needs while striving for client satisfaction by providing value-added insights.

Key Outputs/Deliverables:

  • Win at Retail: Create and maintain business templates; produce and track scorecards, analyze the scorecard results; share these findings; and further refine reports based on feedback received

  • Develop Capabilities: Build, test and produce descriptive models. Constantly strive for innovation and producing new best-practices.

  • Integrated Approach: Focus on providing support and building partnerships with team members across the distributor teams and utilize your internal network to accomplish tasks.

  • Key Experiences:

  • Proven experience analyzing large data sets

  • Demonstrated exceptional ability to embrace change and learn quickly in a fast-paced, complex environment

  • Comfortable working in and independent and team setting

  • Demonstrated ability challenging current processes and generating innovative suggestions to improve performance

  • Strong oral and written communication skills

  • Demonstrated ability to build cross-functional partner relationships

  • Track record of establishing and maintaining good working relationships with internal and external resources, including engaging appropriate resources to develop solutions

  • All other duties as assigned

Qualifications/Certifications:

  • A minimum of 18 months of relevant sales/analytical experience

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint

  • Strong customer service orientation

  • Organized with excellent attention to detail to ensure accuracy

This role is home-based with a preference for candidates in the NYC Metro area.

The approximate pay range for this position is $80,000 to $90,000. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to knowledge, skills and abilities as well as geographic location.
