  • Makes informed decisions regarding CD/SEEK student appeals, including issues related to admissions, re-admissions, and special academic sessions.

  • Acts as a liaison to the CD/SEEK committees, including the counselor and tutoring coordinator committees, to support processes and initiatives that are efficient, effective, and student-centered.

  • Leads the development and benchmarks for OSP’s special initiatives and partnerships for student success, retention and graduation around careers, internships, STEM and research opportunities.

  • Oversees, manages, and writes OSP grants to support student retention and success initiatives.

  • Collects and analyzes data analytics to assess the effectiveness of student success and retention services at the campuses by collaborating with the university's research and evaluation units.

  • Develops and maintains partnerships with community-based organizations (CBOs) and key stakeholders to bolster student success efforts across campuses.

  • Works with CD/SEEK Directors and various university divisions to identify and implement comprehensive, high-impact student engagement initiatives that significantly contribute to student success.
