Insight Global Data Analyst - Agreement Data in New York, New York

Job Description

A large banking client is looking for an Trade Agreement Analyst to join the ADQ team. The Agreement Data Quality (ADQ) team is part of the Onboarding team for Global Banking and Markets and is responsible for the completeness and accuracy of trading agreement data (ISDAs, CSAs, MSFTA. PB Agreements, Futures, Repo) in the bank system of record. This role within ADQ provides an opportunity to handle the daily flow of newly signed agreements along with managing other data related projects.

This will entail the review of agreements, identifying pertinent information, and ensuring the data profiled in the system is accurate. The status of all reviews must be tracked in our system. Additionally, the employee will need to perform a variety of onboarding validations as a part of the role.

Responsibilities:

  • Review data between various internal systems

  • Streamline reports between various systems

  • Accurately extract and QA data and upload agreement into contract repository

  • Assist Onboarding team with various requests and issues

  • Manage ad hoc projects as needed related to agreement data or testing scenarios

  • Leverage SQL, Excel, and Tableau for data manipulation and data visualization for senior stakeholder meetings.

Skills and Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience within a data centric role

  • Strong understanding of banking processes

  • Expert experience with Excel (VBA, Pivot Tables, Macros)

  • Exposure to SQL - Working knowledge of trading agreements and industry regulations that impact trade documentation (e.g. SEC SBS Protocol, Dodd Frank Protocols 1.0 and 2.0, Futures, Repo, US Resolution Stay, UMR) null
