Creative Circle, LLC Creative Operations Director (113742) in New York, New York
"Our client is a well-known footwear and apparel fashion brand is seeking a Creative Operations Director for a 40 hours/week, 3-month assignment to start with high chance to extend. This will be onsite 5 days/week in their NYC office. The goal is to streamline processes and implement efficiencies to save time and money, especially around shoots.The Creative Operations Director will be reporting to the VP of Design being responsible for operations across creative design, brand design, and visual merchandising. They will act as an "air traffic controller" and change agent during a vital transition period. Must haves:- 10+ years of experience in creative operations within a footwear or fashion environment- Experience working with cyclical/seasonal product campaigns in the fashion, apparel and or accessories space- Experience overseeing operation of photo shoots and a large volume of assets- Experience working with companies that have high volume of SKUs- Experience working cross-functionally with multiple departments- Experience working with external vendors Nice to haves:- Proficiency with Airtable- Previous experience working with creative design, brand design, and visual merchandising teams- Previous creative brand / campaign experience- Past experience working with Sales, Marketing on creative briefs and requestsCreative Circle's Freelance Employee benefits package includes eligibility for Minimum Essential Coverage (MEC) medical plan, dental/vision/term life package, discount prescription program, critical illness, accident, tele-behavioral health, and 401(k) plan.
