Description

We are offering a temp to perm contract employment opportunity for a Billing Clerk in New York. The role primarily involves matching invoices against original orders in our media management application.

Responsibilities include:

• Ensuring spots that match within the parameters automatically match in the system

• Reconciling spots that were ordered but do not have any invoiced times that correspond to that time period

• Determining if spots that are on the invoice and don't match any of our ordered spots were makegoods for any of the ordered not runs and whether or not those spots are OK to be paid

• Checking that the invoiced dollar amounts match our ordered dollar amounts

• Confirming all of the dollars line up, including Total Gross, Total Net, Total Cash, Total Trade

Key skills required for this role include Billing, Invoice, and Purchasing Functions.

Requirements • Role requires proficiency in Billing, Invoice, and Purchasing Functions

• Previous experience in a similar role is not mandatory but would be an advantage

• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills

• High level of accuracy and attention to detail

• Strong computer and data entry skills

• Ability to work well in a team environment

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

• Ability to handle confidential information

• High school diploma or equivalent is required

• Proficiency in using various office software, including email, spreadsheets, and databases

• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and systems

• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions based on accurate and timely analyses

• High level of integrity and dependability with a strong sense of urgency and results-orientation.
