Robert Half Benefits Administrator in New York, New York

Description We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Benefits Administrator based in New York, New York. This role involves a range of responsibilities within the property management industry, from lease generation and negotiation to budgeting and compliance. It requires a person who can manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously and demands a high level of organization and attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

• Ensuring compliance with property management standards and regulations

• Following up on property violations and taking necessary actions

• Negotiating rent credits with tenants and maintaining accurate records

• Generating leases and managing lease agreements for both residential and commercial properties

• Entering and managing property information in Yardi system

• Conducting regular site visits to properties across Manhattan for inspection and follow-ups

• Working on various projects, deals, and acquisitions within the company

• Utilizing skills in ADP - Financial Services, ADP Workforce Now, Ceridian, CRM, Dayforce, 401k - RRSP Administration, Auditing, Benefit Functions, Claim Administration, Cobra Administration for efficient execution of duties

• Overseeing and managing 401k - RRSP Administration and Cobra Administration

• Conducting audits as part of responsibilities and ensuring all financial aspects are up to date. Requirements • Proficiency in ADP - Financial Services and ADP Workforce Now

• Experience with Ceridian and Dayforce software

• Familiarity with CRM systems

• Knowledge of 401k - RRSP Administration

• Proven skills in Auditing

• Experience in Benefit Functions

• Understanding of Claim Administration processes

• Proficiency in Cobra Administration

• Exceptional organizational and communication skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• High attention to detail and problem-solving skills

• Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks

• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to interact with all levels of the organization

• Relevant certification or degree in Human Resources or related field is preferred

• Knowledge of federal and state laws regarding benefits and insurance plans

• Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information

• Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks with efficiency and accuracy

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
