KPMG is currently seeking an Associate, Email Strategy to join our Growth & Strategy organization.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the development and execution of email marketing strategies, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives and marketing goals

• Support the design and implementation of email nurture programs to guide prospects through the customer journey, from awareness to conversion

• Monitor, analyze, and report on key email performance metrics (open rates, click-through rate, conversion rates) to continuously optimize email campaigns and improve engagement

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (planning, content, and design) to ensure cohesive messaging and an engaging user experience across email touchpoints

• Conduct A/B testing and implement best practices for subject lines, email copy, and call-to-actions to enhance campaign effectiveness

• Keep updated with industry trends, emerging email technologies, and regulatory requirements (General Data Protection Regulation, CAN-SPAM) to ensure compliance and innovation in all email marketing efforts

Qualifications:

• Minimum one year of recent experience in email marketing, digital marketing, or related areas, preferably with a focus on strategy and campaign execution

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university in marketing, communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience in digital marketing

• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including Journey Builder, Email Studio, and Automation Studio, is highly preferred; experience with other email marketing platforms (such as, Mailchimp, HubSpot, Marketo, Eloqua) and CRM systems a plus

• Strong analytical skills with experience interpreting email performance metrics and making data-driven decisions to improve outcomes

• Excellent written communication skills, with an eye for detail and the ability to craft compelling, brand-aligned messaging
