How you'll make an impact:

SiriusXM is seeking a self-motivated, passionate, and agile Associate Director, Automotive Partnership Marketing to join our dynamic group. We are a team of expert marketers committed to driving subscriber growth and innovation through strong OEM relationships. This role will focus on driving early listening as well as driving subscriber growth for both satellite and streaming amongst customers buying vehicles equipped with SiriusXM. This individual will contribute towards meeting OEM objectives and delivering against OKRs.

The Automotive Partnership Marketing team is looking for a strong strategist, leader, and collaborative team player that will manage our current partner marketing integrations as well as drive future marketing strategies. This person would navigate key OEM marketing relationships to maintain and expand SiriusXM marketing integrations. The person in this role will be responsible for developing and ideating strategies as well as executing plans, campaigns, and initiatives across numerous OEM relationships including: Ford, Lincoln, Subaru, Audi, VW, BMW, MINI, Volvo, Polestar, Jaguar, Land Rover, Mercedes-Benz, Porsche, and Mazda.

What you'll do:

  • Strategic Development: Collaborate on strategic development and ideation across the OEM portfolio, including defining KPIs and conducting ROI analysis.
  • CRM Tactics and Strategy: Co-create and execute pitches for OEM CRM integrations aiming to enhance customer engagement and conversion rates, with guidance from Supervisor. Contribute to performance metric assessment and development of messaging improvements to drive increased engagement and conversions.
  • Product Launches: Lead GTM strategy and oversee execution for a minimum of two new 360L launches. Gradually assume ownership of the Marketing relationship with two or more OEMs (as assigned), fostering strong partnerships and driving mutual success.
  • Marketing Communication: Lead execution of updating OEM B2B and B2C communications throughout the year, ensuring consistency and alignment with business and brand objectives and collaborating with cross-functional teams (i.e., Creative Services, Brand, Legal, Digital Experience, In-Car Engagement and Conversion, Campaign Operations, Programming & Analytics) to support campaign development and execution.
  • Campaign Management: Support Supervisor in executing future OTA communications and new integration initiatives secured with OEMs, actively participating in ideation and pitch meetings. Oversee cross-functional execution of communication initiatives, driving cohesion and effectiveness across teams.
  • Event Implementations: Oversee implementation of sponsorships and industry events.
  • Financial Management: Accountable for delivering against financial objectives, including tracking itemized spending by OEM marketing activities.

What you'll need:

  • 7+ years of experience working in Marketing/Advertising. Prior Automotive/OEM experience preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree with focus on marketing or related field, or equivalent, relevant experience. MBA degree or similar Master's degree a plus.
  • Entrepreneurial: You're a self-starter who gets excited at the chance to run initiatives end-to-end with full ownership and autonomy. You have no problem getting down in the weeds but can also pivot to be strategic and provide thought leadership support.

  • You have a creative streak: You have a keen eye for detail and appreciation for good creative. You're familiar with copy & design best practices and know how to champion creative quality.
  • Exhibit strong verbal and written communication skills, public speaking, presentation skills and excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrate excellent attention to detail, time management skills, and an ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a highly fluid, fast-paced environment.
  • Commitment to "internal and external clients" and customer service principles. You have the ability to operate independently and in a collaborative team environment.
  • Thorough knowledge of MS-Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
  • Must have legal right to work in the U.S.

At SiriusXM, we carefully consider a wide range of factors when determining compensation, including your background and experience. These considerations can cause your compensation to vary. We expect the base salary for this position to be in the range of $115,000 to $139,700 and will depend on your skills, qualifications, and experience. Additionally, this role might be eligible for discretionary short-term and long-term incentives. We encourage all interested candidates to apply.
