Summary

Chobani’s New Product Development team both brings innovation to life as well as manages in-market platforms as they evolve and expand. From consumer-based research and product strategy through development, commercialization and implementation, NPD shepherds’ products to the shelf and then works to optimize, expand, and curate product platforms This role provides support for product innovation initiatives and holds key tasks in keeping the team organized, streamlined, and always improving. Responsibilities include preparing for meetings through agenda, slides, notes & follow ups; synthesizing market & competitive data, consumer, and customer insights; and working with cross-functional teams to gather input into digestible and actionable information as well as drive communication and connectedness as products are launched and optimized and we expand business into new platforms.  This position requires onsite presence at our NYC office from Monday to Thursday, with the flexibility to work remotely on Fridays.

Responsibilities

•    Coordinate content, agenda, pre-reads, and notes for the recurring meetings led by the Innovation team and PD leadership as needed. Identify/communicate actions and follow up items. •    Proactively keep all Innovation trackers up to date as well as provide support with cross-functional alignment and communication. •    Anticipate and escalate possible delays in deliverables with corrective action plans. •    Update the teams Sharepoint sites including the organization and clean-up of all files. •    Create and maintain project timelines on Smartsheet, work with project leads ensuring updates is incorporated as projects evolve.  •    Provide logistical support for leadership tastings, coordinate tasting materials ahead of the meetings.  •    Support the team to monitor and create monthly reports on Chobani’s own new item product performance. •    Support the team to create quarterly reports on all change tracking. •    Continuously screen the competitor market, SKU performance and new product launches. •    Maintain close relationship with commercialization team and provide support PLM specs on the SAP and other tasks as needed. •    Maintain close relationship with trade and channel development team, support sell-in and sampling initiatives for new launches, and 1 world data sync requests. •    Deep understanding of the whole Chobani portfolio including number of SKUs, distribution, market performance etc.

Requirements

•    Bachelor’s degree required •    3 years of work experience with project management exposure; ideally consumer goods  •    Mastery of Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint and other Microsoft programs including the ability to build ownable models, dashboards and tools •    Experience with Smartsheet and/or other project management platforms •    Self-motivated with strong passion to organize and manage things in the most efficient way •    Great time-management skills and the ability to balance multiple requests simultaneously  •    Eager to learn and open to support the whole NPD team with presentations with attention to detail •    Ability to understand and synthesize data and information •    Eager to learn and quickly bring new and improved tools, templates and trackers to the table •    Excellent written and verbal communications skills •    Familiar or quick to learn project management tools  •    Familiarity with cost of goods and P&L management is a plus
