JPMorgan Chase Asset Management - Technology Enablement Trainer & Facilitator - Associate in New York, New York

Job Summary:

As an AM CST Technology Enablement Trainer and Facilitaor you will play a key role in managing and executing training programs, but will also provide insight for continual improvement.

Specifically, you will be responsible for technical training on a suite of Asset Management specific applications aligned to our Asset Management Training Strategy. Additionally, you will be responsible for the design of programs or dynamic delivery of workshops and coaching sessions. Interest and skill in helping professionals become more productive using technology via "day in the life" scenarios and becoming a trusted resource for Investor Community.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Activate and motivate client facing team & investors to adopt technology for increased productivity

  • Act as a relationship manager to analyze needs, design, and execute training programs, which includes building relationships with stakeholders, technology consulting, and management of project plans / timelines, measuring business impact and driving continuous learning.

  • Engage business stakeholders and subject matter experts to shape core content, assessments, exercises, and workshops

  • Ensure content builds on foundational programs, serves as a bridge to more advanced content, and will help Client Advisors, Sales Support, Marketing, Investment Specialists and Client Service colleagues confidently engage with and create solutions using technology for our clients and prospects

  • Host and deliver training workshops for new and existing advisors

  • Design new content and refresh existing content and / or facilitate workshops and coach Client Advisors

  • Periodic domestic & regional travel may be required

Required qualifications, skills and capabilities:

  • Relevant experience with Technology applications (Sales tools - CRM / Salesforce; Distribution enablement applications; Office tools - Zoom, WebEx, Outlook and Blackberry Work )

  • Business or education experience in financial services/wealth management

  • Learning and development or client facing (asset mgt or private bank) background

  • Have proficiency in the technical elements of the learning and development business, such as needs assessment, adult learning practices, e-learning, and measurement

  • Experience in a client focused work environment; ability to build strong relationships and effectively communicate with clients

  • Passion for the development of people as a means to increase competitiveness in the industry

  • Advanced-level PowerPoint, Word, and Excel skills required

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience in Asset or Wealth Management business

  • B.A.+ degree

  • Coaching, or technology use/experience

  • Knowledge of investments
