CADENT Account Manager - Programmatic in New York, New York

Right now we are looking for an exceptional Account Manager - Programmatic to . About You: • You are analytical and enjoy problem solving • You love working cross functionally to support clients and achieve their objectives • Your goal is to grow within a cutting-edge programmatic technology platform • You enjoy the AdTech industry and have a comprehensive understanding of the AdTech landscape What You Will Do: • Work across teams to lead onboarding, activation, optimization and support of key clients within the Aperture MX marketplace • Provide high level of customer service with effective communication, timely responses to requests, and proactive resolutions to potential issues • Monitor day-to-day activity and revenue trends on the exchange on a macro and micro level • Ensure maximum revenue potential is being delivered for all key accounts through strategic account planning, optimization, troubleshooting, as well as identifying new upsell opportunities • Prepare and present internal and client facing decks, reports and QBRs • Maintain an in-depth understanding of our products as well as the greater digital advertising ecosystem Your Skills: • 2+ years of experience in programmatic client support role • Familiarity with oRTB protocol • Strong attention to detail, critical thinking and problem-solving skills • Relevant experience in leveraging large data sets to drive informed business decisions • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate the big picture and drill down to supporting details • Excellent organizational skills and detailed oriented • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines based on strategic value • Ability to collaborate within a dynamic and fast-paced team environment • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (pivot tables, vlookups, conditional logic) as well as Microsoft PowerPoint Extra Credit if you have: • NetSuite - Internal CRM • MS planner– Project management • JIRA – Process management tool for communication with Product and Tech • Kibana – Search and data visualization platform • Grafana – Data visualization and observability platform • Exchange BI – Log level data visualization platform If the leading edge of media technology is the place you want to be, please contact us today and let’s start the conversation! Location is New York City $100,000 - $120,000 This information is provided per the New York City Human Rights Law. Base pay range information is based on market location. Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the base pay range associated with that location.
