Google Reverse Logistics Planner, Devices and Services in New Taipei City, Taiwan

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

  • 4 years of experience in supply chain operations in the retail sector or consumer hardware.

  • 3 years of experience in direct supply/demand planning with end-to-end supply chain management (e.g., forecasting, warehousing, fulfillment, reverse logistics).

  • 2 years of experience in program or project management.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience in the consumer electronics industry.

  • Knowledge of the product life cycle.

  • Ability to work with cross-functional teams, customers, and external vendors.

  • Excellent time management and program management skills within a dynamic, cross-functional environment.

  • Demonstrates outstanding critical thinking, presentation, and decision making skills.

As a Program Manager at Google, you’ll lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish — working with stakeholders to plan requirements, manage project schedules, identify risks, and communicate clearly with cross-functional partners across the company.   • Develop models for returns forecasting and components planning to maintain excellent service levels to customers.

  • Support Last Time Buys by providing accurate, reliable inputs from demand model and forecast, while analyzing patterns and trends in data and help continuous process improvements.

  • Drive product success metrics such as forecast accuracy, inventory WOS, E&O, material spend, customer fulfillment rates.

  • Support implementation of new planning systems/upgrades, and drive continuous improvement initiatives in supply chain operational processes.
