An Innovation DBSL is specifically responsible for partnering with the Innovation business partner to enable thoughtful deployment of DBS tools within the Innovation team to ensure the team drives sustainable results.

This position is part of the Danaher Business Systems Group and will be FULLY REMOTE. At Cytiva, our vision is, to advance future therapeutics from discovery to delivery.

What you will do:

  • Partner with L1 Innovation Leader to identify and promote growth concepts (strategy and tools) through thoughtful and focused application of DBS. Leverage a solid understanding of DBS Fundamentals combined with business knowledge and key innovation processes such as Product Planning Group, Strategic Innovation Review, Visual Project Management/Daily Management to achieve goals.

  • Build DBS capability within the Innovation and Fundamental pillars to ensure long-term sustainment using the Innovation Engine to identify improvement opportunities and drive action plans for the prioritized improvement areas.

  • Champion innovation and growth culture. Identify and share best practices (internal and external) across the company.

  • Lead innovation leaders to deploy, improve, and sustain standard work for key processes.

Who you are:

  • BSc degree in Science, Engineering, Project Management, or equivalent required.

  • 2+ years of people leadership experience with demonstrated success in leading in a fast-paced environment

  • 1+ years of demonstrated experience in project management

  • Demonstrated commitment to innovation DBS, holding a CP or ACP in 2+ DBS innovation tools

  • Hands-on Gemba experience with driving improvement efforts with use of fundamentals and innovation tools. (Innovation Engine, Product Planning Group, Visual Daily Management, Visual Project Management, Problem-Solving Process, Funnel to Pipeline, Problem to Portfolio, Customer Insights etc.)

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

  • Demonstrated knowledge of key DBS Lean tools: Danaher Reliability System, Supply Chain or industry equivalents

The salary range for this role is $130,000-150,000. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future.

This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
